SPECIAL WORKSHOP,

Japanese Black Pine (Mikawa var.) with Jim Doyle

Sorry this event is closed to all but registered participants

This is an all day workshop. We have obtained a number of exceptional pre trained Japanese Black Pines of the Mikawa variety for this special workshop with Mr. Doyle. These are some of the best specimens we have seen at the BLC in the last decade with excellent informal upright trunk movement and almost classical branch placement. If you have been thinking about acquiring a black pine, this is an opportunity to get an excellent one and learn pine technique from one of America’s best teachers as well. We are very pleased to be able to offer them for this event. Each tree stands about a foot high and is planted in a ceramic bonsai container. Morning and early afternoon will be spent working on the pines. During the remainder of the day you may bring material of your choosing. Bring tools & wire. A buffet luncheon will be provided. Sorry This Class Is Full.
