The Bonsai Learning Center is located at 4416 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216. If you are planning to visit us, you should be aware that it is a business we operate out of our residence. There is a small sign at the front of the property which says "Bonsai Learning Center" as well as the house number "4416". The Google map below will give you the details and if you move the little stick figure in the upper left corner onto the map, it will produce a photo of the property from that location. Specific driving directions are listed below.
From Interstate 85 (either north or south bound)
Take exit #37 Beatties Ford Road. At the top of the exit ramp turn left onto Beatties Ford Road. Drive 1.7 miles. You will be on a 4 lane divided road which will eventually narrow into a two lane road. The BLC will be on your right. You will NOT be able to see our sign when approaching from this direction. You will be looking for what appears to be a blue/grey rambler type house set back off the highway. Once you are in the driveway you will see the entrance to the nursery pictured at the top of this page.
From Interstate 77 (either north or south bound)
Take exit # 16B Sunset Road West. This exit will put you west bound on Sunset Road. In about one mile you will come the intersection of Sunset with Beatties Ford Road. There are two drug stores and a Dunkin Donuts on the corners. TURN LEFT onto Beatties Ford Road. We are located exactly one-half mile from this intersection. You will be looking for what appears to be a blue/grey rambler type house set back off the highway. There is a small sign and the house numbers. Once you are in the driveway you will see the entrance to the nursery pictured at the top of this page.
